My Projects

Apart from cooking and continuously learning about food, I have worked on several projects over the past years that have greatly contributed to discovering where my talents and passions lie. These projects included collaborations with external partners, such as my internship at Reenvolver, as well as concept development projects and personal research into potential food business ideas or small-scale product processing and development, driven by interest and curiosity.
